ทำอย่างไรเมื่อต้องเรียนกับม็อบ ?   เป็นเวลากว่าสองเดือนแล้วครับที่นางสาววนัสนันท์ เรืองเดช นักเรียนชั้นม.5/11 โรงเรียนสตรีวิทยาต้องลงจากรถโดยสารก่อนถึงหน้าโรงเรียน และต้องเดินฝ่ากลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมเพื่อเข้าไปเรียนหนังสือ เธอบอกว่าต้องเผื่อเวลามาโรงเรียนให้เร็วขึ้น และในจังหวะที่สถานการณ์การชุมชนสุ่มเสียงที่จะเกิดการเผชิญหน้าหรือมีการปิดเส้นทางในหลายจุด โรงเรียนจะพิจารณาประกาศหยุดเรียนทันที โดยประกาศทางเว็บไซต์และเพื่อนๆช่วยบอกกล่าวผ่านโซเชียลเน็ตเวิร์ค โรงเรียนสตรีวิทยา เป็นโรงเรียนหญิงล้วน ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากพื้นที่ชุมนุมของกลุ่มกปปส. บริเวณอนุสาวรีย์ประชาธิปไตยเพียง 2 – 3 วา และนั่นก็ทำให้โรงเรียนแห่งนี้ได้รับผลกระทบจากการชุมชนทางการเมืองมาโดยตลอด ทั้งในเรื่องของเสียงและการสัญจรเข้า-ออก “หนูยอมรับว่าการชุมนุมข้างๆโรงเรียนมีผลกระทบก็จริง แต่หนูทนได้ เขาก็เรียกร้องของเขาไป เขาชุมนุมนอกโรงเรียนไม่ได้บุกเข้ามาทำอะไรที่โรงเรียนของหนู” นางสาววนัสนันท์กล่าว นักเรียนหญิงชั้นม.5 คนเดิมบอกอีกว่าอาจารย์จะให้งานก่อนที่โรงเรียนจะปิด มีการส่งสไลด์ผ่านอีเมล์ให้นักเรียนและให้แบบฝึกหัดกลับไปทำที่บ้าน พอโรงเรียนเปิดก็เปิดก็นำงานมาส่งอาจารย์ พ่อของเธอบอกว่าเวลาโรงเรียนหยุดก็ให้อ่านหนังสือเตรียมสอบ สำหรับข้อสอบกลางภาคที่ผ่านมาอาจารย์มีการแนะแนวข้อสอบให้นักเรียน และบางวิชาก็ปรับให้ง่ายขึ้น แต่ก็ไม่ง่ายมากจนเกินไป อย่างไรก็ตามผลกระทบจากการที่โรงเรียนประกาศหยุดเรียนอันเนื่องมาจากเหตุชุมนุมก็ทำให้แผนการเรียนการสอนที่คุณครูได้วางก่อนหน้า ไม่เป็นไปตามแผนเพราะเวลาเรียนเหลือน้อยลง ร่นคาบแก้ไขปัญหาเวลาเรียน นางเบญญาภา คงรอด ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนสตรีวิทยา บอกว่าวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาของโรงเรียนสตรีวิทยาก็คือร่นคาบเรียนให้เหลือคาบเรียนละ 40 นาทีจากเดิมคาบละ 50 นาที และเพิ่มคาบเรียนจากเดิม 8 คาบเป็น 10 คาบนอกจากนี้ยังยกเลิกการกิจกรรมเข้าแถวเคารพธงชาติ 8:00 น. โดยให้นักเรียนเข้าชั้นเรียนได้ทันทีเพื่อไม่ให้เป็นการเสียเวลา ทั้งนี้จะทำการเรียนการสอนไปจนถึง14:30 น. ก็จะปล่อยนักเรียนกลับบ้าน โดยทางโรงเรียนได้ขอความร่วมมือจากนักเรียนให้ออกจากโรงเรียนให้หมดก่อนเวลา 16:30 น. “สิ่งที่กระทบคือการเดินทางของผู้ปกครองกับนักเรียน เนื่องจากมีการชุมนุมปิดถนน การหยุดโรงเรียนของเราก็จะมีการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์วันต่อวัน เราก็จะดูว่าในแต่ละวันสถานการณ์สมควรที่จะมีการหยุดหรือไม่ มีการคณะกรรมการวิเคราะห์วันนี้วันพรุ่งนี้จะมีเหตุการณ์อะไรอย่างไร เราจะคำนึงถึงความปลอยภัยของนักเรียนเป็นหลัก” ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนสตรีวิทยากล่าวอีกว่าต้องรักษาสิทธิของเด็ก เพราะเด็กส่วนใหญ่ต้องการเรียน ครูก็อยากสอน การหยุดเรียนจะทำให้นักเรียนเสียประโยชน์ ยิ่งภาคเรียนที่ 2 มีกิจกรรมเยอะ และมีการสอบโอเน็ต เอเน็ต แกท แพท อีกด้วย เรื่องการสอบ นักเรียนต้องดูแลตัวเองด้วย เชื่อว่าเด็กของเรามีความรับผิดชอบอยู่แล้ว เขารู้ว่าเขาต้องดูแลตัวเอง วางแผนกับการเตรียมตัวของตัวเองในการสอบอย่างไร เป็นไปได้โรงเรียนจะประกาศหยุดเรียนให้น้อยที่สุด และเนื่องจากโรงเรียนสตรีวิทยาอยู่ใกล้กับเวทีหลักของกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมมากที่สุด ทางสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจึงตั้งให้เป็นประธานศูนย์เฝ้าระวังเหตุการณ์โดยมีบทบาทในการติดตามโรงเรียนที่อยู่รอบๆ 19 โรงเรียน รายงานเหตุการณ์ปัจจุบัน วันนี้เกิดอะไร เหตุการณ์สถานการณ์เป็นอย่างไร นักเรียนหรือทางโรงเรียนต้องการความช่วยเหลืออะไรหรือไม่ ทั้งนี้รายงานต่อเขตพื้นที่เป็นรายวัน เด็กกรุงชินม็อบมาทุกปี ด้านนายพุฒิพงศ์ พิสิษฐ์บรรณกร นักเรียนชั้นม.6/1 โรงเรียนมัธยมวัดเบญจมบพิตร เล่าให้ฟังว่าตั้งแต่เรียนโรงเรียนนี้มามีตอนม.1 เท่านั้นที่ไม่มีม็อบ หลังจากนั้นเจอม็อบทุกปีจนกลายเป็นความเคยชิน สอดคล้องกับนายชลอ เขียวฉลัว ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดเบญจมบพิตรที่อธิบายว่าด้วยสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนที่อยู่ใกล้กับสถานที่สำคัญทางการเมืองอย่างทำเนียบรัฐบาล และรัฐสภาทำให้โรงเรียนต้องติดตามข่าวการเมืองอย่างใกล้ชิด โรงเรียนนี้จึงต้องเปิดเรียนก่อนโรงเรียนอื่นๆ1-2 สัปดาห์เพื่อเตรียมรับกับสถานการณ์ชุมนุมทางการเมืองที่เกิดขึ้นในย่านนี้อยู่เป็นประจำ โชคดีที่นายพุฒิพงษ์พงศ์ สอบตรงเข้ามหาวิทยาราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาได้แล้ว จึงไม่ต้องดิ้นรนหาที่เรียนท่ามกลางสถานการณ์การเมืองบนท้องถนนที่มีอุปสรรค์คือการเดินทาง แต่สำหรับนายศิวะ ภาควินาม นักเรียนชั้นม.6/2 โรงเรียนมัธยมวัดเบญจมบพิตร ที่วางแผนจะสอบเข้าเรียนต่อที่มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือยังคงต้องฝ่าอุปสรรค์ด้านการเดินทางไปสอบ และต้องติดตามตรวจสอบวันเวลาที่จะสอบอย่างเคร่งครัดว่ามีเลือนเป็นวันไหนอีกหรือไม่ นายศิวะรู้สึกเคยชินกับการเมืองไทยที่วนไปวนมา เมื่ออีกฝ่ายเป็นรัฐบาล อีกฝ่ายก็จะยกม็อบมาต่อต้านไม่จบไม่สิ้น คนที่ได้รับผลกระทบก็คือคนในพื้นที่ “ผมคิดว่าสำหรับม.6 ได้หยุดเรียนเพราะม็อบเป็นเรื่องดีได้ใช้เวลาอ่านหนังสือเฉพาะรายวิชาที่จะเอาไปสอบตรง แต่สำหรับรุ่นน้องคงลำบากเพราะต้องอัดวิชาให้แน่นตั้งแต่ม.4 ม.5 เนื่องจากจำเป็นมากในการสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย” นายศิวะกล่าว ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดเบญจมบพิตรอนุญาติให้อาจารย์สื่อสารกับนักเรียนผ่านเฟสบุ๊คในการสั่งการบ้านได้ สำหรับการประกาศหยุดเรียน ถ้าวันเรียนปกติโรงเรียนจะทำหนังสือชี้แจงผู้ปกครองและลงทางเว็บไซต์  ถ้าเป็นวันหยุดจะเน้นการสื่อสารผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ ตอนนี้ก็จะมีไลน์ ทำให้สะดวกขึ้น ประกาศปิดเรียนอยู่ที่ ผอ.แต่ละโรงเรียน ขณะเดียวกันนางแสงระวี วาจาวุทธผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนราชวินิตก็ยอมรับว่าการชุมนุมกระทบเรื่องการเดินทางมาโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครองเด็กอยากให้ลูกหลานตัวเองมาเรียนเต็มที่ ถ้าจะปิดโรงเรียนต้องแจ้งผู้ปกครองล่วงหน้าให้ทัน เราจะมีเครือข่ายผู้ปกครอง ผู้บริหารจะมีคณะทำงาน มีชื่อ มีเบอร์โทรศัพท์บุคลากรในโรงเรียน และใช้ไลน์กลุ่มในการติดต่อสื่อสาร ภายใน 2 ชั่วโมงนักเรียนและผู้ปกครองทั้งหมดก็จะทราบว่าโรงเรียนปิด ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนราชวินิตเปิดเผยว่าที่ประชุมของโรงเรียนได้กำหนดให้คุณทุกกลุ่มสาระจัดทำแบบเรียนสำเร็จรูปให้ทุกระดับชั้น เพื่อให้นักเรียนกลับไปเรียนรู้ที่บ้านเป็นการศึกษาด้วยตนเองในช่วงที่โรงเรียนปิด “เมื่อโรงเรียนปิดจากเหตุชุมนุม ก็ย่อมกระทบกับเวลาเรียน นางแสงระวีอธิบายวิธีการแก้ไขว่าใน 1คาบเรียนมี 50 นาทีเราจะตัดเวลาออกคาบละ 5 นาที สมมุติวันหนึ่งเรียน 5 วิชา เราก็จะได้เวลา25 นาที เอามาสอนชดเชย ทั้งนี้ การเรียนการสอนเด็กประถมหลักสูตรกำหนดให้ต้องเรียนได้1000 ชั่วโมง ส่วนเด็กมัธยม  1200 ชั่วโมง เมื่อโรงเรียนหยุดเราจึงใช้วิธีการร่นคาบเรียนเพื่อชดเชยเวลาที่หายไป และไม่ต้องมาเรียนวันเสาร์” นางแสงระวีกล่าว  ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนราชวินิตบอกอีกว่า กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (หน่วยเหนือ) ให้เป็นอำนาจผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่จะตัดสินใจประกาศหยุดเรียน เมื่อเขามอบหน้าที่ให้โรงเรียนแล้ว โรงเรียนต้องทำหน้าที่โรงเรียนอย่างเต็มที่ ต้องใช้ดุลพินิจ และประเมินเหตุการณ์ ดังนั้นในช่วงปิดกรุงเทพนี้จะประกาศปิดเพียงวันที่ 13 และ 14 เท่านั้นหากจะหยุดเพิ่มค่อยว่ากันอีกที ทั้งนี้ เมื่อพิจารณาจากจุดที่ชุมนุมมีสถานศึกษาในสังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในกรุงเทพมหานครได้รับผลกระทบ 208 แห่ง มีครูและนักเรียนได้รับผลกระทบรวมกันประมาณ 2 แสนกว่าคน Students doing shorter lessons as teachers keep alert During the past two months, thousands of schoolgirls have seen political demonstrations manifesting almost at their doorstep. "I walk past demonstrators every morning," said Wanassanan Ruangdej, a Mathayom 5 student of the Satri Witthaya School. Her girls-only school is just a stone's throw away from the Democracy Monument, where the People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) had camped out for a few months. The demonstration has affected her life, of course. But she has no complaint. "They rally outside the school's compound. No one raids in. So, I can live with it," Wanassanan said. Since the demonstration started, Wanassanan needs to get out of a public bus farther from the school's gate and walk a longer distance to the school. Her teachers have changed course syllabuses in a bid to put all necessary content into a shorter timeframe too. The school's director Benyapa Kongrod said she had shortened each class session from 50 minutes to 40 minutes in a bid to ensure that students still had the same number of class sessions. "We have put 10 sessions per day, instead of eight. We have even cancelled the flag-raising ceremony in the morning to save time for the children's studies," she said about preparations to deal with the political rallies' impacts. Although the PDRC demonstration is relatively peaceful, schools sometimes have to suspend class out of concerns for their students' safety amid the possibility that violence may erupt. "We have assessed the situation on a daily basis," Benyapa said. She is always hoping for the best. If possible, she hoped to minimise class cancellations. Class cancellations are sometimes ordered at the very last minute. So, her students are advised to stay on alert and keep abreast of announcements that often spread through social media. Saengrawee Wajawoot, the director of a protest-affected Rajavinit School, revealed that she also took similar steps. "We have reduced time for each class session by five minutes from 50 to 45 minutes," she said. She added that her school also used social-media and phone communications in announcing the class suspension, when the need arose. "Through such communications, the message can be sent across to all concerned in less than two hours," Saengrawee said. She added that her school opened its cafeteria at 6am to ensure that students who need to come early have the places to dine and rest. Some children, after all, feel they need to leave home early to ensure that they arrive the school in time even in the face of ongoing protest. This school teaches children from Prathom 1 to Mathayom 3 levels. "We have taken many steps to deal with the ongoing situation," Benyapa said. She then was quick to add that the school also expected its students to take good care of themselves in regards to other tasks they have to handle such as the Ordinary National Educational Test (Onet), the General Aptitude Test (Gat) and Professional Aptitude Test (Pat). The Onet, Gat and Pat scores are among key university-admission criteria. On her part, for the students' safety, Benyapa has required all class sessions to end by 2.30pm. Out-of-classroom activities that can be suspended like sports events have already been postponed twice. "And we have asked all students to leave the school by 4.30pm," this school director said. Just like the Satri Witthaya School and the Rajavinit School, the Matthayom Wat Benchamabophit School has faced some impacts from the political protest. Near the latter school is the protest ground of the Students and People's Network for Thailand’s Reform. All these three schools are closed today. Chalor Khiaochalua, director of the Matthayom Wat Benchamabophit School, said he was always closely monitoring the political situation. "Our school is very close to Government House," he pointed out. Due to this, the school has seen many political rallies before. "That's why our school always begins our semester one or two week(s) ahead of our schools. This means we won't have serious impacts if we later on have to suspend classes," Chalor said. Probably because his school has only male students and because it has been familiar with demonstrations, Chalor has no policy to require students to its compound early. "Class can run till 5pm," he said. Puttipong Pisitbannakorn, a Mathayom 6 student, said he had studied here for six years already. "Of these six years, I have seen protest going on nearby every year except when I was in Mathayom 1," he said. Another Mathayom 6 student, Siva Pakwinam, said he had no worry about class suspension. "It's good for me. I have more time to prepare for my university entrance exam," he said. So far, he has empathy for younger students who needed to focus on class to excel academically. "For them, it may be hard," he said. 400 schools affected  The Bangkok Shutdown will disrupt the routines of more than 400 schools as well as over 200,000 students and teachers in the capital.  A total of 12 unIversItIes have already decIded to suspend classes or postpone exam schedules.  The scheduling of the General Aptitude Test/Professional and Academic Aptitude Test, whose scores are mandatory for most university applications, has also had to be changed.  The first Gat/Pat of the year will take place from March 8-11 instead of last December 7-10.  The second Gat/Pat is now postponed to April 26-29 from March 8-11.
